Redesign the existing kitchen, laundry and bathroom to improve the relationship to the rear courtyard garden.

Design Response:

A combined internal laundry/bathroom allowed the creation of a simple kitchen with direct connection to the courtyard, and a substantial increase in the effective living area of the property.
